Gul has delivered financially quantifiable results and added value to a number of organizations across geographies and industries by driving growth, innovation and expanding market opportunities through establishing best practices. novus Consulting focuses on strategic management and operational excellence to accelerate growth.

She has carried out executive roles in HR, IT and Supply Chain Management as well as management consultancy for local and multinational companies in diversified industries.
Gul has a passion for helping clients achieve high performance and continues to center her efforts in Turkey and the US.

She has designed, developed and given over 10,000 hours of training in management and leadership development, strategic planning, change management, sales techniques, merchandising, and OHS. The training and BPM systems have been established as best practices in multinational companies. She has also filled over 15,000 job positions within her placement experience.

Gul has contributed to institutionalizing the dual educational model for vocational schools and played an active role in the nationwide apprenticeship and research projects, as well as job evaluation for the textile industry.

Gul has authored more than 40 articles scrutinizing business strategy, management, crisis management, and OHS.

She is a graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Economics and Management.
